Bimal leads Uniken’s growth and evolution to keep Uniken at the forefront of the fast-paced, dynamic industry of digital identity and security. Under his leadership, Uniken has grown from a startup to a global company, widely recognized as an industry innovator and serving leading organizations worldwide across a variety of industries.

Bimal is known for scaling businesses to their next level. He brings to Uniken significant global business experience across management consulting, technology, and financial services industries. Uniken is the third technology company where he has served at C-level. He previously held executive leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial. He began his career as a successful entrepreneur and founding member of Mitchell Madison Group.

Bimal holds an MBA in finance and strategic management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics and political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Nishant leads Uniken’s REL-ID platform development and innovation with a focus on ensuring every client interaction is seamless, secure, and certain.

A recognized industry thought leader, Nishant has two decades of experience in software development, identity management, and information security. He is known for solving cross-domain identity and security problems and holds several patents. Prior to Uniken, he led both startup and enterprise tech teams building industry-leading security products. He was previously CTO for SCUID Inc., a differentiated IDaaS company acquired by CA technologies, lead strategist for Oracle’s IAM group, and chief architect for Thor Technologies, a market leader in identity management acquired by Oracle.

Nishant holds an MS in computer science from New York University.

Nancy leads Uniken’s brand, marketing, and communications initiatives. She is focused on driving brand growth and awareness of how Uniken creates certainty in identity and security that unlocks possibilities for our customers.

Known for spearheading brand growth, revitalization and innovation, Nancy has extensive experience in strategy, marketing, product development, and digital transformation. From startups to global enterprises, she has served as board director, strategic advisor, and C-level executive. She was CMO at Allianz Life and held senior leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial and American Express.

Nancy holds an MBA in marketing from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and a BBA in financial management from Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University.

Gonzalo is responsible for driving Uniken’s growth strategy in Latin America. In this role, he will build Uniken’s presence through key collaborations and partnerships in the region. He is also responsible for the region’s P&L.

He is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and his vast executive experience at some of the world’s largest companies and at innovative and disruptive startups. Gonzalo specializes in digital transformation and its potential to drive markets. He was the first director of Google in Latin America and held leadership roles at Microsoft, Mercado Libre, and Monster.

Gonzalo is an in-demand speaker across the globe. He currently serves on the board of Grupo Acir and holds a degree in mass media communication from Nuevo Mundo University in Mexico City.

Dwayne leads operational excellence and manages the Uniken customer journey to ensure frictionless, customer-centric REL-ID implementation that meets customer needs and business goals.

He has over two decades of management experience with a focus on driving enterprise transformation through adoption of new technologies, bottom-up strategic redesign, and revitalizing core competencies. His expertise includes deep skills in call centers, enterprise technology infrastructure, and corporate operations. Prior to Uniken, he served as senior vice president in operations and strategic transformation roles at Ameriprise Financial.

Dwayne holds a BS in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Paul leads global sales and business development for Uniken. An expert in IT security, he is a frequent speaker and consultant on the topic and on how Uniken’s REL-ID platform creates certainty in identity and security.

Paul has extensive experience within IT security. He previously held IT security roles in the petrochemical and financial sectors before moving to IT security solution providers. Throughout his career, Paul has consulted on many major security projects across several sectors including finance, government, security agencies, police, telco, and petrochemical.

Paul holds a BSc in computer science from Edinburgh Napier University.

Penny leads global finance and accounting for Uniken. She also advises on financial planning to achieve Uniken’s ongoing growth, innovation, and geographic expansion goals.

She has significant leadership and global business experience in finance, reporting, business transformation, Lean/Six Sigma, and data analytics. She previously served as vice president at Ameriprise Financial in multiple roles reporting to the CEO and CFO. Prior to Ameriprise, she was a management consultant with Ernst & Young where she was known for developing new capabilities within the finance function.

Penny holds a BS in accounting and business management from Wartburg College.
