Gonzalo leads Uniken’s growth and strategic evolution to keep Uniken at the forefront of the fast-paced, dynamic industry of digital identity and security. Prior to his role as CEO, Gonzalo was the President, Uniken LATAM, where he demonstrated significant growth in the region.

He is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and his vast executive experience at some of the world’s largest companies and at innovative and disruptive startups. Gonzalo specializes in digital transformation and its potential to drive markets. He was the first director of Google in Latin America and held leadership roles at Microsoft, and Mercado Libre.

Gonzalo is an in-demand speaker across the globe. He currently serves on the board of Grupo Acir and holds a degree in mass media communication from Nuevo Mundo University in Mexico City.

Raji is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that expand Uniken’s market reach, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen Uniken ecosystem of clients, partners.

Raji’s significant management experience has focused on scaling innovative solutions and expanding into new markets and verticals. He has expertise in digital transformation, identity, fraud detection, and cybersecurity. Raji has held key leadership roles in innovative tech companies - ComplyAdvantage, InAuth and Monitise PLC, the UK first Billion Dollar Unicorn. He also has large corporate expertise from firms like American Express and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Raji holds a BA Hons Degree in Business Administration and Advertising from Southampton University.

Twan serves as the Controller of Operations at Uniken, where he oversees the organization’s processes, tools, control systems, and financial operations. His role is pivotal in maintaining robust operational oversight while driving continuous improvement initiatives that align Uniken’s customer-centric focus with its strategic business objectives and customer needs.

With more than a decade of leadership, Twan has cultivated expertise in transforming organizational processes and fostering the adoption of innovative technologies. His past experiences in consulting, M&A process and structures, sales development, governance processes and software development make him the ideal leader for this role. This critical role helps Uniken achieve its growth targets through efficiencies and operational excellence.

Twan holds dual Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degrees in International Marketing & Management and International Business & Languages.
