Uniken has been involved in providing IT services to its clients for the past 6 years. Uniken has been able to offer its clients great flexibility when it comes to the engagement models whether related to location or pricing.

Location

Pure offshore

In this model the software development effort fully happens in Uniken's Offshore Development Center at Pune while the requirement and business analysis effort is taken care by the customer onsite. This maybe the most cost effective working model, in terms of location, for the customer. However, this model works only in cases where the requirements are very clearly defined and well documented.

Onsite/offshore

Typically, in this working model, Uniken's Project Leader or Business Analyst travels to the customer's location for a short duration for the initial requirements analysis phase and the subsequent deployment phase. He/she then travels back offshore and transfers the knowledge to the development team. This model enables effective knowledge transfer and is ideal when the customer wants to outsource an entire piece.
