Uniken's Business Innovation Center consists of team members who have a business and sales/ marketing background. They work towards capturing the economic value in innovations and convert them into business ventures, hence ensuring that the technologies developed are commercially viable.
This center is responsible for collaborating with the members of the technology innovation center at the very early stages and provides them with critical market inputs so that the go-to market lifecycle is kept to the minimum. Further, they are involved in developing business model prototypes (similar to technology prototypes) which results in ensuring that the appropriate (custom) business model is developed for the technology to realize maximum value. The business plans thus developed are submitted to the UNIKEN Investment Group for review for investments and taking the business to its next of commercialization and business roll-out.
